Unknown manufacturer code TNP

Hello guys,

I would like to ask for help! installed ocs server inventory version 2.2, but I can not collect information monitors the company's park, the error is always presented this "Unknown manufacturer code NPT" or "Unknown manufacturer code X @ Z". Depending on the model only changes the last three letters. If anyone knows how to solve the problem and can pass the procedure I thank you.
