Can't get WEB_SERVICE_ENABLED on.

Hi, Iv'e tried installing OCS inventory via yum (ver. 2.1.2) and with package (ver. 2.2), on CentOS 7 and on Fedora20, installing all the required packages and more (perl-Net-SNMP perl-Crypt-DES perl-Proc-PID-File perl-Crypt-SSLeay perl-Proc-Daemon perl-XML-Simple perl-Proc-ProcessTable perl-Net-IP dmidecode perl-LWP-Protocol-https mod_perl perl-SOAP-Lite perl-Archive-Zip perl-Apache-DBI perl-Apache2-SOAP perl-XML-Entities) but, changing OCS_OPT_WEB_SERVICE_ENABLED to 1 in file /etc/httpd/conf.d/ocsinventory-server.conf and restarting apache cannot get WEB_SERVICE status on.

But /ocsrepors is working.

No logfile is generated by the ocsinventory-server (which I suppose is not running).

I'm desperate!

Some time ago I installed ver. 2.0.5 on fedora 18 and it immediately worked like a charm but now, working with new versions on new servers I'm getting crazy.

Would somebody help me, please?
