Clients does not contact the OCS server

Good morning, some computers not contacted the OCS server.

this computer is recorded only when you install the Agent.

it looks like the agant can't upgrade his configuration file on the client.

What about the windows right on the OCS agent config directory and file (in appdata) ?

Hi,

The agent has to be installed with an admin account. Error 5 means that it was not the case.
