Error agent installation

Good afternoon,
I'm making some tests with OCS to verify the feasibility of installation at the company where I work.
I made an agent removal test and removal of the object in OCS.
I restarted the test computer and reinstalled Windows agent again, but it did not appear again in the OCS.
I'm using version 2.1.2.
What can I do to correct this problem.
For constantly we have some equipment that are formatted and need to reinstall the agent in such equipment.

I appreciate the support.

Hello, can you check the configuration file of Agent ?

Can you send agent log ?  C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent\OCSInventory.log

After some tests I was identified that the antivirus was blocking , to make the correct setting everything returned to normal operation.
