OCS service not starting error "Windows could not start the service Error 193: 0xc1"

Hi...I certain machines OCS inventory agent service not able to start, it shows error as "Windows could not start the service Error 193: 0xc1"...Other windows services able to restart and no issues..I have almost 1000 client system and nearly 50 out of 1000  have same issue..Pls advice what I can do to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Did you reinstall ocs agent on the same installation?

Hi Frank....Thanks for your comment...As its heppening on almost 50 clients i havent reinstall the agent...the installation is same as other working clients which deployed using the tool...is the reinstallation of agent on existing installation will cause any issue..?
