We have a few users that are logged out when the OCS agents (mac, windows, and linux) run. When this happens, OCS updates the record to having blank USERID and User Name fields.
I've read that the server is not supposed to overwrite the user name info with blank or empty data if that info already exists. What we want is to that if my computer has my correct user info assigned, if the agent runs at night when I'm logged out, the computer record still shows me as the USERID and User Name instead of those fields being blank.
Any help would be appreciated.
