Deployment icon grayed out, OCS doesn't see package

Hello

I'm greenhorn admin and I'm tasked with enabling Teledeply function. I added ssl support and certificate, added aliases for download directory. OCS creates package in specified folder, I can access it via browser (download zip package via http, and see info file via https). When I try to activate package, OCS tells me that it can't find info and package fragments at specified address. If I activate anyway, deployment icon remains grayed out and I cannot deploy anything to computer.

What am I doing wrong?

OS: Debian Jessie

Server: OCS 2.1
