Error code 32 -Help

Hi
I'm more than a week can not solve the problem
I set up a server Ubuntu 14 server x64 downloaded and installed OCSNG_UNIX_SERVER-2.3RC, Installation is performed according to the instructions README.

I also downloaded and installed OCSNG-Windows-Agent-2.3.0.0RC Installation and configuration of the agent spent on Windows 7x64, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server  2003.....

In all cases, I get one error:

I used a local administrator.

I turned on the function DEBUG:

What does this error mean?

Also I'm trying to do with the import file:

Error HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently
To server: http://localhost:80/ocsinventory
