Migrate OCS 1.3.2 server to a new OCS 2.3

Hello,

We currently have a Debian server with OCS 1.3.2.
We want to use a new server with centos, and update OCS in the process to 2.3.

What steps should we take? Especially since it will be installed in another server, using the old DB would be great..
