difference between GLPI and OCS

I will appreciate if somebody can help me understand the difference between GLPI and OCS.

OCS is an inventory tool for your computers.

GLPI is a ticketing system for your helpdesk.

Hi,

Yes it's simple :

- OCS ==> inventory your parc
- GLPI ==> helpdesk software

So one is a tool to get all datas about your computers, the other is for knowing all issues you get on your parc.

You can connect both software to assign some issues on some computers.
