Not able to configure my ocsng server

I am getting and error during my test invalid ocsng configuration (trace_deleted must be active) can't find no where how to activate it though...

in the latest OCS Server panel go to CONFIG menu click on SERVER menu and you'll find your parameter

Yes thanks after hours i finally understood that i need to install a server for ocs... Thanks for response though
