You don't have permission to access /ocsreports/ on this server 403

I have no idea how to fix that errror. It is a fresh install on a virtuell server. Webmin, Apache2 startpage and phpmyadmin are working. Just ocs-inventory stucks with the 403. tried with https, but also no working page.

Another problem ist the SOAP- Modul. I commented that part in /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/z-ocsinventory-server.conf out. I see some other solution how to get that part work. but most of it written in french and i cant read it. maybe i will need it later working with GLPI
