Question

Dear Team,

I am facing issue server not getting the client information when I installed the windows agent:

OCS Server: centos 7

Windows Client: windows 10 and windows 8.1

below are the client error:

Try to run the inventory locally.  Right click on taskbar item and select Show Inventory Informations.  This will at least isolate if it is a local computer issue or server issue.
