Hi!

OCS 2.3.1

Some computer's User fields are emtpy. Entries are merged correctly now in the latest version, with AUTO_DUPLICATE_LVL  set to hostname & serial.

How can I prevent empty user fields in the first place? What is the problem here? Is the agent collecting the data at a moment when the user isn't logged in or the device is locked?

Hi!

from my side the field put up "système" I think the user is not log on and ocs agent send a report at this moment.
