Well, another problem popped up,

I am an admin on this virtual machine but when I try to extract the plug in into usr/share/ocsreports/download , it blocks me off by saying I do not have the right permission to allow me it.
related to an answer for: How do I install plugins in Ubuntu 16 or Ubuntu 14.4

Are you using the sudo account when trying this, you will need to know the root password.  Just a thought?
