Ok - Firstly thank you for your solution, greatly appreciated.

I seem to have got further this time.. Now I get to the restart APACHE bit, and it errors.

From Journalctl (sudo journalctl -xe) I get this which means absolutely Nothing to me :(

Can anyone help me here?
