I've been battling this for weeks.. I'm stuck on running the install.php part of these install instructions

I get the attached jibberish when I go to the URL above using my server IP - and being a windows person, I have no idea where to start looking - can anyone assist please

It look like php is not installed or active in apache : install php and restart apache after.
