Redistribution group creation

Hi, I trying to find out how OCS inventory working, and now trying to deploy software for a user PC.

So how I understand for force auto deployment I need to have Redistribution group. But unfortinatly I cant understand how to create this group. In Inventory -> Group, I can create only new static group, How I can to create new Redistribution group?
