My OCS is not updating

Question

the frequent errors are :

ERROR *** AGENT => Failed to send Prolog <HTTP Status Code #400>

ERROR *** AGENT => Failed to send Prolog <HTTP Status Code #500>

so if you get 

ERROR *** AGENT => Failed to send Prolog <Couldn't connect to server>

I think that there are many possibility :adress server is not correct , server is down or bloked by Firewall
