je vous explique : J'ai installé l'agent OCS sur des pcs Windows 7. Je mets bien l'adresse du serveur ocs pendant l'installation. Le serveur fonctionne c'est sûr, puisqu'il a déjà répertorié les autres ordinateurs du réseau. Quand je fais "Exécuter l'agent OCS Inventory NG maintenant", il me met bien "La notification de démarrage d'inventaire a été envoyé avec succès au service OCS inventory NG".
Et quand je vais sur mon serveur ocs, je ne vois pas le pc, même dans la section des non-inventorié. La question de la version d'OCS server et agent utilisés ne se posent même pas puisque pour les autres pcs du réseau, on utilise les mêmes exécutables. OCS server est sur une serveur Windows au passage.
Si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider, je lui en serait super trop reconnaissant. Merci de m'avoir lu en tout cas
I explain you: I installed agent OCS on Windows 7. I put well the address of the ocs server during the installation. The server functions it is sure, since it already indexed the other computers of the network. When I make “Execute agent OCS Inventory NG now”, it puts well to me “the notification of starting of inventory was sent successfully to service OCS inventory NG”.
And when I go on my ocs server, I do not see the PC, even in the section of not-inventoried. The question of the version of OCS server and agent used do not even arise since for the other PCs of the network, one uses the same .exe ones. OCS server is on a Windows server on the way.
If somebody could help me, I would be super too grateful to him/her. Thank you to have read me in any case.. and sorry for the bad english
