Perl issues after upgrade to 2.4 [closed]

After upgrading to 2.4, had issues with agent reports not getting to the server. Error log was showing 500 errors, but I checked and tested z-ocsinventory-server.conf and reset apache but continued to get 500 errors. I finally gave up and reverted to a previous snapshot to go back to 2.3.1. Any hint or tips? Thanks!

Server is Ubuntu 14 lts.

Without details we can't help you. Post error.log file content.

After trying it again, I put the original password in both dbconfig and z-ocsinventory and it worked. Originally I  changed the password to ocs in localhost in mysql, but not in ip and I think that's why it didn't fully work.
