Error after update function_commun.php

After update function_commun.php in main page appears these messages:

Warning: vsprintf() [function.vsprintf]: Too few arguments in C:\xampp\htdocs\ocsreports\require\function_commun.php on line 74

Warning: mysqli_query() [function.mysqli-query]: Empty query in C:\xampp\htdocs\ocsreports\require\function_commun.php on line 103

I am also having this error when attempting to install the runningDatabaseInstances plugin. Is there any answer to this error?
