Hardware/devices missing

Hi ( frankb :) ),

I recently installed ocs server and a couple of agents/clients so i can check  if everithing is working fine. Although i can see some basic information (CPU, RAM, IPs...) i'm unable to see hardaware/devices of those pc's in my server (keyboards, printers...). I dont know if i'm missing something here.
I think it's a server problem because i can check all information needed using the option "Show Inventory information" of the clients.

Hi,

Have you errors in apache error.log file (/var/log/apache2/error.log) ?

i have a lot of errors. but i'm unable to post it here (Too many links...).

AI: server version: 2.2.1 running on Ubuntu 18.04.

Agent/Client version 2.0.5 running on Windows 10 (both of them).

Server version 2.2.1 is not compatible with ubuntu 18.04 : please update your server.

Agent 2.0.5 is compatible with Windows 9x, 2000 and XP. not with windows 10. So you can update the agent too.

Yes I'm sure because I have work on the compatibility for ubuntu 16.04 for the version 2.3 of OCS Inventory NG. And now, we are in version 2.4 with compatibility for php 7.1. Version 2.2 of OCS is compatible only with php 5.6 max, there is some problem in the setup.sh for newer debian and ubuntu.

For the windows agent, that simple, the agent in version 2.0 was release in 2010 with partial support of windows vista and 7.

There is also some security reason to install the latest version and not old version without any support.

Hi, I have the same problem. the information is displayed on agente and the information is not displayed on the ocsing server.

I Have OCSng  2.5 and agente 2.3.1 and OCS-NG_WINDOWS_AGENT_v2.1.1.1

with both agents it is the same. 

in the server inside the computer in the Hardware tab the information is not shown and in the tab of all the computers there if it appears
