OCS PACKAGE DOESN'T RUN ON WINDOWS 10

Question

Hi, sorry for my English level...
Well, i have a trouble, when I configure my OCS PACKAGE it runs perfectly on Windows 7.
But, when I try to run on Windows 10, doen't happen nothing, but if i execute with admin permissions it runs.
I set my administrator account with password on ocs package with pstools.
OCS PACKAGER version: 2.3.0.0

I tried to create package with a lot of versions of agents, but te problem continues.

Please, someone help with this question.

This works for us:

Using it in a batch file or powershell file to deploy.

I have removed the IP of my server below.

"%~dp0\OCS-NG-Windows-Agent-Setup.exe" /NOSPLASH /UPGRADE /SERVER=http://12x.xx.xxx.xxx/ocsinventory /NOW /S
