Device locked on deletion or agent update ?! [closed]

Dear OCS Team,

Since some days, I cannot delete a computer from the inventory, and the Windows agent is not abble to update a computer : "Computer locked, please retry later" appears in the browser aand "OCS-NG_WINDOWS_AGENT_v2.3.1.1;inventory;device_locked" found in the activity log file ...

Could You please help me on that point ?
