Alter the Charset to utf8 could crash de OCS bd?

Hi people,

I had change the Charset configuration, because when I get by html the softwares names, some special characters don't show as I need.

Now, when a windows agent try to communicate to ocs-server can't change the data! How to fix this problem? what is the default charset to read the inventories?

My ocs server is installed on CentOS 7
in OCS Inventory NG server for Unix by (490 points)
