ERROR *** DOWNLOAD => Error loading metadata file

Server centos 7 ocs-server 2.6RC client 2.4.0

when creating a destribution pakege fore store in Windows,  zip archive 1kb , when clik add it bild packege 0kb.

when i try deploy packege there an error in client log ERROR *** DOWNLOAD => Error loading metadata file

I can dowload packege through web.but error  is there on client.Only helps to add some extra file to archive fore it more size.
