In Inventory > All software, the Count field is showing wrong, did anyone see this?

which version of the server do you use? and which agent?

What do you mean with wrong - can you please explain in detail . Do you know exactly that you have for example 100 vlc-player software entrys - and the counter only show 98 ?

I ask you this because in old agent version (2.05) the software which is reported is depending on a timeout value in the client. The timeout was too short, so it can happen that sometimes not all software is reported everytime the agent contacts the server.

Hello, have you resolved the problem ? I recently updated to 2.7 version, but now , in the "all sofware", all counters show 1 (one). If I enter in the link, I can see all PCs.
