I was using agent version 2.4, but I had some information missing. There was no information about the HD, the monitors and software installation date(it was set to zero).
I tried updated the agent to the version 2.6 and the software installation date is correct now :). However, the other information are still missing. Can anyone help me?
Other thing that happened when updating to 2.6 is that now in the hardware section instead of showing 1 processor with 8 logical CPUs, is showing 8 processors with 0 logical CPUs.
OS: ubuntu 18.04
Server: 2.6
