not possible to create the packages

hello,

 

I m new in ocs inventory ,i just install ocs server and ocs agent in the same laptopo windows7,and i had the inventory of my laptop in web interface of ocs server .and now i want to  create a package .

but I had this errror :

/var/lib/ocsinventory-reports/download/
It's not possible to create the packages creation directory.
The package creationis not possible so

If you are using windows as server, you must set the directory for download in the config menu and then adapt the ocsinventory-server.conf for your needs.

By default you have a config that is good only for linux/unix (OCS server is written for linux and then ported on windows).

hello ,yes it s ok now i change the directory of download int the config,so for more dedtail for other :

 

yous must go to config --->interface-----> put in default all :LOCAL_URI_SERVER
,DOWNLOAD_PACK_DIR,IPDISCOVER_IPD_DIR,LOG_DIR,CONF_PROFILS_DIR,LOG_SCRIPT
,OLD_CONF_DIR  and u must create in new folder in C:/xampp/htdocs and call the folder  ipd
