`IPDISCOVER_LINK_TAG_NETWORK` is not set

Hi i have a problem witch my ocs inventory server

im trying to install ocs server 2.8 on my ubuntu 20.04 srv

when im trying to enable administration page http://xx.xx.xx.xx/ocsreports/install.php i got a blank screen

service apache2 status show me:

apachectl[663]: ocsinventory-server: Bad setting. `IPDISCOVER_LINK_TAG_NETWORK` is not set. Default: `0`

Hi,

php-mbstring module is missing. Install it and retry.

im install mod mb string

error witch netdiscover still exists
