2.9 OCS Agent's new installations dissappear [closed]

Good day,
I installed OCS Inventory Agent by deployment tool and manually too and they show all the data on the server side. In both cases when I restart OCS Server the records dissappear but the agent continue at the windows device.

I upgrade the OCS server from version 2.3 to 2.9 progressively. Can you help me to fix this issue? please

Hello,

Did you tried fresh instalation mysql and OCS or You did at least DB backup before update?
I ussually do a DB backup before an upgrade and, in case of any problem, I can do a fresh install.
It looks like some DB problem.

I had to do a fresh mysql instalation and restore a db backup
Any other method did not work
