Question

How do I make OCS log changes in hardware and softwares of my inventory?

Example: one computer has 4GB and the user removes 2GB, then OTRS logs this change on database or log file so that I can build reports and create alerts.

Or

Is there any table on the ocs database or log file where these modifications are logged?

Currently this is not possible.

A plugin will be write to implement base of this feature soon.
