Connected User not appearing in the Server 2.10.0

In the installation of OCS server version 2.10.0  the field "connected user" in several windows computers appears blank, is there any way to solve this problem?

Agent version: 2.9.2.0

Server O.S.: Centos 7

Data Base: MariaDB
