The server does not detect the agent [closed]

OCS INVENTORY SERVER --> v2.11.1

Previously I configured a local server and when I installed the agent it detected it without problems.

Now I have configured one in the cloud and for some reason it does not detect the agent and I have followed the same steps as last time.

For what reasons can this happen? What can I do?
