can't finish installation connect mysql dont work

I have install ocsinventory and want to finish.

the screen as me for account to db , password, i said no SSL, because i don't have and, i am of corse sur for loggin account and Pwsd the system dont want and said " please enter a valid login/password  !!

I have also test login ocs , but same result. it look like he want ssl ??

the end of error message said  :

MySql connection problem 2002
php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo for locahost failed: Nom ou service inconnu

I saw that in the apache status and i did'nt have any error during installation ??

I have right about this in and old post

without error message during install i have this

OCSINVENTORY: (SOAP): Cannot find XML::Entities
ocsinventory-server: Can't load SOAP::Transport::HTTP* - Web service will be unavailable

I saw the bug was report and closed but looks like it is again on ??!
