Import .OCS file on inventory

I’m encountering an issue while trying to import a .OCS file. Although I can upload the file to the server, the machine doesn’t appear in the inventory. Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue or a possible solution?

Je rencontre un problème lors de l'importation d'un fichier .OCS. Bien que j'arrive à uploader le fichier sur le serveur, l'ordinateur concerné n'apparaît pas dans l'inventaire. Auriez-vous une idée de la cause du problème ou une solution à me proposer ?

Bonjour,

Des erreurs dans le fichier de log d'apache ou nginx ? Activez l'option OPT_OCS_DBI_PRINT_ERROR à 1 dans le fichier z-ocsinventory-server.conf et redémarrez apache ou nginx. Refaire ensuite un chargement du fichier .ocs.
