Hello,
Good afternoon!

I set up the icon officepack plugin appears but is not pulling the key information, copied the .vbs to the plugin folder but the agent is not taking the office key.

Any idea?

Hi,

Which ocs agent and OS version?

Look at ocsinventory.log file for any errors.

I made updating the ocs server and agents are connecting to standard, to reconfigure the plugin (setup.sh) that the office key synchronization stopped.
server and agent: 2.1.2
all operating systems stopped sending the key.
