No access to ocs 2.1.2 Web Interface

Hy Everybody,

We have OCS since long time a go and it's work without problem :). Actually we have new servers and i tried to install ocs on my new server (in WIndows 2012 server).

The installation was succed but when i want to access to the web interface it's impossible, error 111 connexion refused :(.

I reloaded the apache and the my sql service but no result.

Do you have any idea ?

Post apache error.log file content.
