ocsinventory server doesnt show inventory from agents

good afternoon

i installed ocsinventory server in Linux (Ubuntu 12.0.4) and in Windows server 2008 versión 1.3.2 and 2.1. RC1 with clients 2.0.5 and 2.1.1.

when installed the client configure the next 192.168.14.4:8080/ocsreports, or 192.168.14.4:8080/ocsreports/, or 192.168.14.4:8080/ocsinventory.

 

the probem or issue is that the server doesnt work or no shows information about the clients or the agents, please help me, i used the program 5 years ago and evey work whitout problema i dont now how to fix it to use the tool to make inventory

install the two versions of OCS ( OCS Inventory NG management server version 2.1.2 and 2.0.5 ) on two servers one ubuntu operating system and other Windows Server 2008 that is 4 times I installed the application .

the problem is that when I install agents on the PCs (version 2.0.5 and 2.1.2 ) the information is not shown PCs to servers , as if there was connection between server and client)

I use the tool five years ago and had no problems capturing the server machine information .

please your help to resolve the issue and put into production the application , I need to make an inventory of almost 200 teams .
