OCS doesn't send riport to the OCS server

We have a PC with Win7 and it can't connect to OCS server, it doesn't send riport to the server. The OS has a latest updates, no viruses.

We tried to reinstall the OCS but that didn't solve the problem. On the other PC-s of network are working fine.

The cacert.pem had been iported to the trusted root certification authorities of windows and we checked it's in C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent\.

Tried to overvrite but that didn't help.

Any ideas?

Is the certificate in PEM format an not a DER one? if not you have to convert it before using it.
Doing this solve this problem when i encountered it

Dear GuillaumeC29!

When i converted to DER, i need to change to certificate PEM to DER only in the OCS application or somewhere else too?

You just have to convert your CA root certificate and copy it to C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent\ (or joint it to your package before deployment)
This way the OCS agent will know the CA. (if your
server certificate have been generated with this CA of course)
