Synchronize two servers

Hi,

I'm running a OCS server. Now, in the company, there will be another OCS server that will act as "master", so my server will be "slave".

How can I sync my server (and all data) with new server? Can I save all XML sent by clients in any folder (in server) and then send all files to master server?
