It's not possible to create the packages creation directory.
The package creationis not possible so

Hi,

This is normal. /var/lib/ocsinventory-reports/download is for Unix not for windows. Simple to change : go to Configuration, click on Interface tab, change DOWNLOAD_PACK_DIR variable by clicking on Customize, put the correct path. Save.

For your information the version you use is out of date. I recommend you to install the latest version available here => https://github.com/OCSInventory-NG
