Hi.
I have installed the 2.0.5 version in Windows environment.
I want to upgrade current 2.1.1 version, there is some "Step by Step" procedure to make the upgrade?

Save your database, save your apache configuration, uninstall OCS and install the newer version.
After upgrading the server, you will be able to upgrade your agent.

If you have configured your client installer package to point to your OCS server then you can just double click the installer and it will install and update the client. The one caveat is that the server has to be the same version as the client or higher. I found out the hard way that installing a 2.1 client when server is still running 2.05 then the client will never communicate with server.
