Failed to update ocs 2.1.2 - 2.3

Good afternoon, I have the server of ocs in version 2.1.2 installed in a centos 6.8. I have PHP 5.3.3
I wanted to make the update to version 2.3, make backup of bd and the complete directory where I have installed the ocs.
Download the installer from the official website, and run the installer without inconvenience and restart the apache.
When trying to access by browser to localhost / ocsreports does not see anything, appears blank. What could happen?
Someone has the procedure described step by step, to see that it may be failing.

Could use a bit more information, What are you OS, PHP, DB clients? Where are you getting your 2.3 copy?

What errors have you in /var/log/httpd/error_log file?

Hello, I have the ocs server in version 2.1.2 installed on a centos 6.8. I have PHP 5.3.3 MySQL 5.1.73. I downloaded the installer from the official website and run the installer without any problems or errors and restart apache. I have no errors in the installation. But when trying to see the interface nothing comes out, everything is blank. Someone has the procedure described step by step, to see that it may be failing. Another question, the server has OCS 2.1.2, I have clients with agent version 4.0.5.0, 4.0.6.1, 2.0.0.20 and 2.1.1.1, installed agent 2.3 on a client, install perfect, send inventory, but The client never appears in the admin console, are not supported?

There are no errors.

Hi,



With agent 2.3 your server will receive error 400. 



Which url have you set in ocsinventory.ini file?

Hi Frank,



Yes, my server name is specified in the ocsinventory.ini file, I created the agent installer with ocspackager with all the information, just like I did with previous versions
