Export csv error [closed]

Hello, I'm trying to export a cvs file but, when I'm press the download button, OCS inventory shows me the next message: Error, the resquested doesn't exists. I don't know why show me this.

OCS Inventory NG server 2.3

Server: Linux Centos 7

Please help me.
