Pas de remontée machine dans OCS sur serveur distant [closed]

Bonjour,

J'ai installé sur un serveur distant OCS serveur, afin de pouvoir faire l'inventaire des parc informatique de mes clients.

J'installe don mon serveur, crée mon package d'installation client avec l'ip publique du serveur, et veut donc commencer le déploiement.

Après plusieurs tentatives, sur le poste client, toujours 2 messages d'erreurs :

"Service encounter error <Failed to load/parse last inventory state>"

Service encounter error <OCS Inventory NG Agent encounter an error (exit code is 4 => Failed to talk with Communication Server)>.

J'ai désactivé le pare-feu sur le serveur afin de savoir si ça ne venait pas de la. Toujours le même problème.

Si vous pouvez m'apporter une aide ce serait vraiment top car je suis à court d'idée.

Peux tu nous donner le log complet de ton agent en debug=2 ?

Bonjour,
Dans le .ini, si l'URL est en http, je mettrais SSL=0

Sinon, je vérifierai depuis un navigateur que j'obtiens bien une erreur 400 en naviguant sur l'URL de remontée d'inventaire.

Manipulation effectuée, toujours pareil, par contre pas d'erreur 404 sur differents navigateurs

Bonjour,

Mettre debug=2 dans le fichier ocsinventory.ini. Lorsque tu accèdes à l'url http://ip_server_ocs/ocsinventory via un navigateur quelle erreur as-tu?

Apres avoir mis debug 2 sur l'agent client voici le message d'erreur.

Ce site est inaccessible

51.254.115.173 a mis trop de temps à répondre.

Petite avancée, mais nouveau message d'erreur, en désactivant totalement les parefeu des 2 cotés.

Erreur du serveur!

Le serveur a été victime d'une erreur interne et n'a pas été capable de faire aboutir votre requête.

Message d'erreur: 
Can't call method "do" on an undefined value at C:/xampp/perl/site/lib/Apache/Ocsinventory/Server/System.pm line 177.

Si vous pensez qu'il s'agit d'une erreur du serveur, veuillez contacter le webmestre.

Tout est ok, la remontée sur le serveur OCS s'effectue correctement.
