Vuknerability scan

Question

I launched a vulnerability scan by the tool Openvas, on my Windows Ocs Inventory. It found a lot of vulnerabilities (PHP in end of life, etc) and I understand that I must leave the Windows version.

Anyone can tell me if is the Linux version  safe, about vulnerabilities?

Windows version is unsafe and must not be use in production.

Linux version is safe, secure and have better performance.
