Office key only retrieve / force

If i execute an inventory, the plugin does not retrieve the office key.

If i execute via CMD ocinventory.exe / force the key is retrived ok.

Office 2016 / 365

Windows  7 pro 64bits / Windows 10 pro 64bits

With older versions of Office( 2013, 2010, etc.) works great!

UPDATE: If i double click the Ocsinventory.exe, it retrives the key ok.

The automatic inventory is the one who fails to obtain the key., and so if i run the inventory trough the agent.

hi,

Try to found one computer who had no office key in your inventory but who have office installed. Then delete this computer on the server, wait new automatic inventory and look if office key of this computer is present now or not after new inventory?
