Duplicate windows computers

Hello.

We have many duplicate windows computers.

In other cases they would be inventoried correctly (only once).

The auto_duplicate_lvl has active hostname, serial y macaddress.

The version are 2.1.2 (server) and 2.1.1.3 (agent Windows).

What could be the problem?
